Looking back the hotel has had to consider many factors from an operational perspective, including adapting new strategies, expanding hygiene, sanitation and precautionary measures as well as social distancing implementation. In May 2020, Radisson Hotel Group launched the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol, a new program of in-depth cleanliness and disinfection procedures, in partnership with SGS, the worlds leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.
