With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Purushothaman has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing catering sales and orchestrating large-scale events. His career began at Le Meridien (Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.) Bangalore, where he served as a Food & Beverage Executive for over seven years. During this time, he honed his skills in operations and customer service, which paved the way for his future success in event management.
Purushothaman’s journey at Radisson Hotel Group began in 2018, where he initially took on the role of Incharge Catering Sales. His strategic vision and customer-focused approach allowed him to significantly improve the company’s catering services. In 2019, he was promoted to Head of Catering Sales, a position he held for three years. Under his leadership, Radisson Blu Bengaluru achieved impressive milestones, including exceeding revenue targets and enhancing the hotel’s reputation for hosting high-profile events.
In April 2022, Purushothaman took on the role of Director of Events at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, where he continues to lead the hotel’s event division. His ability to coordinate large-scale banquets and high-level conferences with precision has earned him accolades and recognition within the hospitality community.
Purushothaman's educational background, which includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Bharathidasan University, further complements his extensive hands-on experience.
