Since joining Dusit Thani Dubai, Nair has progressively advanced in his career, starting as a Banquet Captain in 2012 and moving through the ranks to become the Restaurant Manager in 2024. His journey reflects his commitment to providing high-quality dining experiences and his ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Nair’s expertise spans multiple areas of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, menu development, team training, and guest service excellence, all of which have contributed to Dusit Thani Dubai's continued success.
As Restaurant Manager, Nair oversees daily operations, maximizes profitability, ensures the highest standards of food and beverage quality, and maintains exceptional customer service. His focus on efficiency, team motivation, and cost control has been key to the restaurant’s success. Nair’s ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, along with his strong communication and leadership skills, has enabled him to create a seamless and rewarding experience for both guests and staff.
Before his tenure at Dusit Thani Dubai, Nair worked at Taj Krishna in Hyderabad, where he began his career in the hospitality industry as an F&B associate. His passion for the industry and his commitment to excellence quickly led to promotions, and he moved into more senior roles such as Service Agent and Banquet Captain at Dusit Thani Dubai, where he gained valuable experience in managing large-scale events and coordinating cross-functional teams.
In addition to his hands-on experience, Nair holds a graduate degree from the University of Mumbai and a diploma from Monarch International College of Hotel Management, which provided him with a strong foundation in hospitality management.
