At the Indian Hospitality Excellence Awards 2024, held on January 4, 2024, at Crown Plaza, Greater Noida, Piyush Malik, Rooms Division Manager at Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar, was awarded the prestigious Gold Award for his outstanding contribution to the Rooms Division. With over 15 years of operational experience in the hospitality industry, Piyush has demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational efficiency, and a strong commitment to delivering superior guest experiences in a five-star environment.
Currently serving as Director of Rooms at Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar, Piyush has held key leadership roles within the property, including Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Manager, where he made significant improvements in guest services, operational management, and team performance. His leadership and expertise have contributed to the continued success of the property, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest.
Piyush’s journey in hospitality has also included roles with renowned hotel brands such as Radisson Hotel Group, where he served as Front Office Manager in Jodhpur, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), where he held the position of Assistant Front Office Manager at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini. He also gained valuable experience as Duty Manager at The Park Hotels in New Delhi.
Piyush’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, further bolstering his strong hotel management and operations career.
