A transition from traditional to the hybrid mode

The current phase of the Education system is witnessing a transition from the Traditional to a Hybrid mode of dissemination. It is imperative to see the revamp of the curriculum to meet the Global demands and Reach out nth students who are weaker & farthest, academically and geographically respectively. The content delivery should include tracking of continuity (out-of-the-box) in performance and development of the ward more than the score obtained enabling strong mental health among the most vulnerable section of student warriors.
It is the institutions’ stance to re-design higher education for the newest online education world. Sustainability should be incorporated likewise into the Hospitality Education in Trade/Trait/Skill Acquisition mainly human behavior to comply to industry demands and answer the much-acknowledged retention of skill, whether semi & unskilled and further train soft skill competencies such that they are open to unconventional rather than stereotype – but the majority in domestic careers. Attract millennials who are expected to be the first to start exploring educational venues, and career options and traveling with ease across boundaries.
Anticipated Resultant from Education System
The process should have its goals clear and specific on the following target aspects, namely,
- Student involvement - to be participative, interactive, pedagogy, skill set
- Faculty development - to provide a 360* teaching facilitation
- Institute development - to abreast with 21st century – global standards
- Student development - personal and professional development through inter disciplinary / multidisciplinary approach in any field of specialization/ career progression opted – academia, industrial or entrepreneurial

Any upgrade in education dissemination will endorse Bloom’s Taxonomy of engendering a way to align educational goals, curricula, and assessments to even better student’s accomplishments.
The findings of the study conducted by the author highlighted specific challenges using the latest reform mode of teaching learning and concluded that with time, training and openness, blended learning is coming into the mainstream higher education addressing the mental well-being of students and teachers, and not overemphasizing the pro-practical approach to industry readiness (reinforced).

Conclusion
The phases of unprecedented situations challenge us to facilitate the continuity of education for all through hybrid including remote learning addressing challenges. Fighting the crisis, losing jobs scenario can enable students to academic inclination and future organization retention behavior attitude. It would have definitely affected the student’s intake to hospitality education in particular but ready to bounce back. PSYCHOLOGICAL DUALITY states that Education in all sectors including Hospitality has proven capacity to bounce back and multiply recovery to other sectors across boundaries, know-how and skill set.
