His tenure as Senior Graphic Designer at Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights—where he worked for nearly five years—helped shape his marketing vision and provided invaluable experience in designing and executing communication strategies. His previous stints at Reef Island in Bahrain and Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa further solidified his expertise in the graphic design and marketing fields. De Juan's creative flair and passion for visual storytelling were vital to each hotel's success, establishing him as a prominent figure in the marketing sphere.
De Juan's educational background also paved the way for his career achievements. With a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, majoring in Advertising from the Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology in Manila, coupled with his earlier studies in computer science, he combines artistic vision with technical expertise.
