New Appointment: Chef Patrick Boucher, Executive Chef at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 2024: Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is pleased to announce the appointment of Chef Patrick Boucher as Executive Chef. With over 20 years of experience in five-star hotels and resorts across seven countries, Chef Patrick brings a wealth of culinary expertise, innovation, and leadership to his new role.

Before joining Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, Chef Patrick served as the Executive Chef at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, where he oversaw several renowned outlets, including Aspen Café, Salero Tapas & Bodega, and Olea Restaurant. His career highlights also include a pivotal role as Corporate Chef and Product Development Manager for Al Tayer Group's Hospitality Division, where he managed a team of 140 professionals across 45 locations in the UAE and Kuwait.

Chef Patrick’s experience spans leading roles at prestigious properties, including Accor Hotels in Dubai, Fairmont Hotel Amman in Jordan, and the iconic Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh. His international journey has taken him from the Four Seasons in Miami, Bali, and Hawaii to The Peninsula in Manila, showcasing his commitment to excellence on a global stage.

Chef Patrick is known for his dedication to quality and creativity, and he is eager to lead the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah’s culinary team to new heights, just in time for a busy peak season. He is particularly excited about integrating locally sourced sustainable ingredients into his menus while keeping up with global culinary trends.
