It’s of great pleasure to announce the appointment of Najib Kalouch as new Head Chef of Radisson Blu Martinez hotel, Beirut. Najib Kalouch started his career in Metropolitan hotel – Beirut and after that, he continued his Food and Drink journey in Le Gray - Beirut for nine years where he demonstrated his expertise in culinary art.
Chef Najib holds a strong background in F&D. With 16 years of exposure, he showed up a consistency in his work. Defenitly, chef Najib is the right choice to making the kitchen operations to perform at its best.
His personality met distinguished key of success in his career path, he revealed his team player ability, leadership and organizational performance. He is an asset to our property, scpecifaclly to Olivos restaurant where he will be implementing new menus including more international specialties and no doubt these competencies will make a big contribution to achieving our business goal.
He is also keen in developing the knowledge and skills of his staff as he believes that motivated team makes business always a success.
Chef Najib will be assuming the responsibilities of Palash Gomes who moved to Sharja, UAE to assume the position of executive chef in Radisson Blu Sharja after spending five years in this position in Radisson Blu Martinez hotel – Beirut.
