Chef Muchie’s journey is marked by numerous accolades, including winning the What’s On Best Healthy Eating Restaurant of the Year 2018 and the MEHA Best Healthy Eating Restaurant of the Year 2018. He was also nominated for Chef de Cuisine of the Year 2018, reflecting his dedication to culinary excellence.
Currently serving as Executive Chef at Soul Hospitality Restaurant LLC, Chef Muchie oversees culinary operations with a focus on creativity and quality. His previous roles include Head Chef at The Farm Restaurant LLC, where he excelled in menu development and kitchen administration, and Group Chef at The Babygoose Investments LLC, where he managed marketing, procurement, and restaurant operations.
During his tenure at Habtoor Hospitality, Chef Muchie played a pivotal role in menu development and kitchen administration, earning multiple awards for Best Brunch from What’s On Magazine between 2011 and 2014.
