This prestigious honor was bestowed upon Muchie at a grand ceremony hosted by Hozpitality Group on April 15, 2024, in Dubai. Taaza Quality Foodstuff had the privilege of presenting the award to Muchie.
With a rich background and extensive experience in the culinary industry, Muchie has established himself as a true culinary maestro. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Soul Hospitality Restaurants LLC, Muchie has dedicated over a decade to crafting exceptional dining experiences and pushing the boundaries of culinary innovation.
Muchie's journey in the culinary world began as an Assistant Executive Chef at Habtoor Hospitality, where he honed his skills in kitchen administration and menu development. His passion for culinary excellence led him to assume various leadership roles, including Group Chef at The Babygoose Investments LLC and Concept Development Executive Chef at SA Ways Trading & Local House Restaurant LLC.
During his tenure as the Head Chef at The Farm Restaurant LLC, Muchie demonstrated his expertise in menu development, kitchen administration, and concept creation. His commitment to excellence earned him recognition, including awards such as Winner of What's-On Magazine's "Favorite Brunch" and "Best Brunch below 400" for multiple years.
In addition to his hands-on experience, Muchie has pursued advanced education to enhance his culinary knowledge. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from ASMI - Australian Skills Management Institute. He is a certified ISO 22000 Internal Auditor, reflecting his dedication to upholding the highest food safety and quality standards.
