His tenure with Accor Hotels in Dubai, where he played a crucial role in the pre-opening team for Raffles Dubai, marked a significant milestone in his growth within the FRHI Company. Later, as the Outlets Operations Manager at Fairmont Dubai, Mohamed showcased his operational prowess.
In 2018, Mohamed assumed the role of Food and Beverage Director at The H Dubai, where his strategic leadership contributed to noteworthy year-on-year results. Under his guidance, the department witnessed a substantial annual revenue increase of nearly 15%, a confirmation of his genuine passion and heartfelt dedication to the F&B domain.
