Driven by a relentless passion for guest service and hospitality, he embarked on a professional odyssey as a Guest Service Agent at Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso Hammamet in Tunisia.
In 2010, the allure of Dubai, the city of dreams, beckoned Mohamed, where he joined Golden Tulip Al Barsha. As a Front Office Supervisor, he assumed significant responsibilities and relentlessly honed his skills through rigorous in-house training and courses. Progressing through the ranks, Mohamed advanced to Front Office Supervisor and, subsequently, Front Office Duty Manager at the Hilton Resort & Spa in Ras Al Khaimah.

Since then, his standards have consistently soared, with a visionary outlook and synergistic collaboration with his team yielding exceptional outcomes. Indeed, under Mohamed's leadership, Grand Millennium Business Bay has claimed the #1 hotel spot in Dubai and earned its place as the Top #3 Luxury hotel in the Middle East on TripAdvisor.
