Masterchef, the TV Experience Turns Up the Kitchen Heat with Summer Tasting Menu
Three-course menu available for diners from 9 June for one month only
Dubai, UAE – 09 June 2019: MasterChef, the TV Experience – the world-first, screen-to-plate restaurant concept at Millennium Place Marina – is launching a special summer tasting from 9 June, for one month only, allowing diners to enjoy top quality fare from their favourite MasterChef champions and finalists at a fraction of the cost.
Available for just 129 AED for three courses, or 229 AED for three courses with a two-hour grape beverage package, diners can opt for the special tasting menu for lunch or dinner.
Kicking off proceedings, diners can choose from the Waldorf Yuzu Salad (Apple, pear, celery, grapefruit segments, sultanas, caramelized walnuts, yuzu mayo, yuzu kosho) from James Nathan – MasterChef UK Champion Season 4, 2008; Cured Salmon with Puffed Rice (Beetroot cured salmon, homemade puffed rice, green Nam Jim sauce, sesame oil) from Tamara Graffen – MasterChef Australia Finalist Season 9, 2017; or Truffle Pea Soup and Veal Prosciutto (Pea soup, white truffle oil, Parmesan gallete, peas, veal prosciutto, crème fraiche), also by James Nathan.
The main event options include Rolled Mushroom Gnocchi (Potato gnocchi, porcini mushroom duxelle, Parmesan cheese, butter, sage) created by Laura Cassai – MasterChef Australia Finalist Season 6, 2014; Seabass Fillet Baked in Lavash Bread (Skinless seabass fillet, saffron, chilli and coriander butter, lavash bread) from Saliha Mahmood Ahmed – MasterChef UK Champion Season 13, 2017; or Fried Chicken Waffles with Southeast Asian Salad (Fried chicken thighs marinated in spicy yoghurt, breakfast-style waffles bean sprouts, chilli, mint, Thai basil and coriander salad, chilli caramel sauce), also by Tamara Graffen.
Sweet teeth are well taken care of with James Nathan’s Deconstructed Eton Mess (Lemon and Japanese Sansho pepper meringue, raspberry coulis, strawberries, mint jelly, whipped cream); Whiskey and Honey Chocolate Mousse (Chocolate aero-mousse, mandarin sauce, honeycomb candy, honey ice-cream, whiskey caramel, whiskey jelly) created by Mimi Baines – MasterChef Australia Finalist Season 8, 2016; or Chai Crème Brûlée (Vanilla bean cream, Darjeeling tea, orange skin, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, homemade seaweed puffed rice, black salt) by the MasterChef, the TV Experience restaurant team.
