His extensive experience includes key leadership roles at renowned properties such as Armani Hotel Dubai, Grosvenor House Dubai, and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa.
Currently, at the helm of Emaar Hospitality Group, Kirby oversees a remarkable portfolio of over 32 hotels and mixed-use residences, totalling 7,428 hotel keys and 5,610 residences. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction, including expanding its luxury and upper-midscale offerings. With more than 30 additional hotels in the pipeline, Kirby's vision continues to elevate Emaar's standing as a key player in the Middle Eastern hospitality landscape.
