The newly opened Mango Tree Thai Bistro located in the heart of JBR at Hilton Dubai The Walk, is celebrating all the mothers in the city on the 31st of March. The talented in-house chef, Chef Atip will be whipping up a unique menu especially for the evening, fusing up contemporary Thai flavours for all to enjoy. This exclusive menu put together by Chef Atip is a tribute and showcase of his mother’s recipes he has learnt over the year.
The special menu will feature expertly crafted dishes from the sharing starters; watermelon salad with dried shrimp, thai grilled beef salad, the tantalizing prawn spring rolls and the sunkhunya golden krathong tong. Next off guests can enjoy the spicy beef short ribs soup as their mains are dished up. As the main courses arrive guests can sink their teeth into the jungle curry chicken, the delicious shrimps paste friend rice. Vegetarians are not left out as they can opt for the phak bueng fai daeng which is stir fried morning glory, and the potato wedges with tom yum flavor.
Every couple can savour the dishes on the special menu priced at AED249 which also features two signature beverages created by the expert bartenders. Whilst the temperatures are cool and breezy, guests can seat at the terrace and enjoy the buzzing ambience of the venue while they feast on the mouthwatering dishes.
