Luxury Chocolatier makes Middle Eastern debut with flagship store at the Dubai Mall
Celebrated Belgian Chocolatier, Pierre Marcolini will be in Dubai this weekend to celebrate the opening of his first store in the Middle East. Situated on the lower ground floor of the Dubai mall, the store will be the Middle East’s flagship showcasing Marcolini’s gourmet hand-made artisan creations in the world’s biggest mall.
Founded in 1995, Maison Pierre Marcolini has become one of the world’s most celebrated chocolatiers, with stores in 45 stores in 12 countries including Belgium, France, the UK, Japan and China with further expansion plans for the wider Middle East.
One of the few chocolatiers to master the entire production process for his products himself, Pierre has been cultivating his expert craftsmanship and knowledge of the process from bean to bar for over two decades. From sourcing the finest, sustainable beans to final assembly, he remains fully committed to his craft.
Pierre Marcolini has taken part in over 30 pastry competitions and was awarded winner of World’s Best Pastry Chef in 1995. Pierre Marcolini the artist himself will be in his Dubai Mall store from 2.30pm on Friday 8th February, demonstrating his craftsmanship and showcasing some of his spectacular creations including his signature Macaron Tower, wedding masterpiece cake and giant chocolate tree, as well as tasting sessions throughout the day.
