Chef Luigi’s journey began in Peru, where he developed a deep appreciation for bold flavors and innovative techniques. Educated at Le Cordon Bleu in Peru, he mastered classic French cuisine and a wide range of international culinary styles, including South American, Arabic, Italian, French, and American. His career has taken him across South America, the Middle East, and Europe, where he has worked in prestigious kitchens and led large-scale events, including Michelin-star dining experiences and FIFA World Cup activations.
