Ludovic Garnier, the accomplished Executive Chef at Paramount Hotel Dubai, has been recognized in Hozpitality’s Best 30 Powerlist of Chefs in the Middle East for 2025. With a career spanning over two decades, Chef Ludovic has established himself as a culinary leader, blending creativity, business acumen, and a passion for excellence.
Chef Ludovic’s journey includes working with culinary legends and Michelin-starred chefs such as Alain Ducasse at Plaza Athénée Paris and Xavier Mathieu at The Phebus. His unique blend of creative flair, strong business sense, and interpersonal skills has enabled him to streamline operations, improve service, and maintain the highest levels of quality throughout his career.
Currently serving as Culinary Director at Paramount Hotel Dubai, Chef Ludovic oversees culinary operations with a focus on innovation and guest satisfaction. His previous roles include Executive Chef at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah and Cluster Culinary Director for IHG Group in Abu Dhabi, where he managed 27 outlets and two banqueting operations across four hotels.
Chef Ludovic’s expertise extends to financial analysis, cost control, and menu development, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional dining experiences. He is known for his ability to create enthusiastic, productive working environments and for mentoring teams to achieve their full potential.
