InterContinental Jordan has announced the appointment of Luai Al Shawwa in the role of Front Office Manager. Luai, a Jordanian national, enjoys over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Jordan, where he worked with some of the most luxurious properties in Amman and Dead Sea.
During his career, Luai gained rich experience in terms of customer service, customer relationships, guest satisfaction, all of which he applied directly when dealing with all types of guests, to guarantee that they have an excellent stay and seamless service standards from beginning to end.
InterContinental Jordan, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, believes in supporting local talents and giving them the priority and all the tools necessary in order to successfully perform their duties.
