Therapies featured this month is Aroma Massage for AED 199 + Scalp Massage for AED 49. The Ghaya Spa also invites guests to try the Ultimate Yoga Detox (AED 399 per month, 8 sessions, twice a week) at its serene open spaces, for an authentic session that is both relaxing and detoxifying. 

Schedule of Yoga classes:

Morning classes: Monday, Thursday- 8:30-10 a.m.

Evening classes: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday- 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Guests can either choose morning or evening sessions. 

However, in case the guest pays AED 1,000 guests can access both morning and evening sessions. 

With regards to Spa timings, guests have access to Spa sessions any day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Ghaya Spa has 4 treatment rooms. Located on the Pool (P) floor of Ghaya Grand Hotel, Ghaya Spa is a tranquil haven that boasts four treatment rooms for men and women, separate male and female changing rooms – each including a hot stone massage, Swedish massages, facials, and body wraps. The spa offers a range of treatments, including the following treatments: aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a spa tub, and a steam room. The spa is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
