From 5 February to 19 February, look forward to a delicious selection of new dim sum and delectable à la carte creations just for the Lunar New Year celebrations. Plan your family reunion meals or business gatherings and take pleasure in exquisite culinary highlights, including pan-fried dried oysters with osmanthus honey sauce representing good wealth and fortune, the succulent braised lobster with cognac sauce, as well as steamed buns with pumpkin paste in adorable piggy shape.

Feast on a magnificent spread of seafood, barbecued dishes and other Asian and international culinary creations, combined with traditional Lunar New Year dishes from the dinner buffet menu from 4 February to 7 February (HK$858 per adult, HK$598 per child on 4, 5 & 7 February; HK$888 per adult, HK$618 per child on 6 February). During the month of February, head to Bar Q88 for a celebratory drink with friends and family, as the hotel’s head mixologist Bryson Rivera has created an exquisite “Bird of Wisdom” (HK$140) for this festive occasion.
