Jason Pilcher Named as Director of Finance of a Resort in Florida
Jason Pilcher brings extensive operational and managerial background.
DUCK KEY, Fla. – August 1, 2022 – Hawks Cay Resort announces the appointment of Jason Pilcher as director of finance. He will be responsible for financial budgeting, forecasting, and leading the day-to-day operations of the 427-room-and-villa resort’s accounting teams.

Jason Pilcher brings extensive operational and managerial background to the resort, having held positions such as controller, general manager, regional director of finance, and vice present of finance with experiences in many hospitality brands and resort companies such as Highgate, Davidson, and Hospitality Management Corporation. He joins Hawks Cay from Kauai Beach Resort & Spa in Hawaii where he served as director of finance, managing and producing financials for a multitude of entities and ownership.
In his role at Hawks Cay, Jason will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the resort including financial statement preparation, budgets, and forecasts; while aiding in all areas of the hotel operations not limited to due diligence projects, transitions, payables, receivables, payroll, capital purchases, and cash management.
Pilcher holds a bachelor’s degree in management from The University of Texas at Arlington as well as multiple black belts in a variety of martial arts.
