His career highlights include managing high-volume operations at renowned establishments such as Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek and Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Hotel and Residences, where he oversaw diverse culinary projects and executed flawless service for major events like the Dubai Air Show and Formula 1 Grand Prix.
