Ina is an accomplished Learning, Development & Quality professional with nineteen years of luxury hospitality experience. She has a proven track record in creating and implementing successful development and training initiatives across MEA that align with various establishments' strategic objectives within the Luxury Hospitality sector. Ina possesses strong abilities in improving organizational talent and molding future leaders. She is specialized in enhancing overall organizational performance and quality by implementing value-adding processes. Ina can build and develop cohesive target-orientated teams who are highly motivated to deliver required business outcomes whilst developing individuals to meet their full potential and ambitions.
In her current role, compassing over 200 hotels, Ina and her team are responsible for executing the IMEAT learning strategies and leadership development programs and aligning the Academy to the current transformation of Accor.
Before joining Accor in 2022, Ina worked for over three years with IHG Hotels & Resort as Regional Learning & Development Manager for Middle East & Africa interventions. She supported 60 hotels and transformed the Learning & Quality function across the region.
Before IHG, Ina held the Area Learning, Development, and Quality Manager role for opening the Caesar Entertainment hotels in Bluewaters Dubai. Prior to this role, she worked as a Quality & Brand Experience Manager for Emaar Hospitality Group. Before joining Emaar, Ina worked for seven years with Kempinski Hotels & Resorts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in Hotel Operation and Learning & Development.
Ina graduated from the Hotel Management School Pegnitz, Germany, holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, and is a certified Gallup strengths coach.
