The gala ceremony, hosted by Hozpitality Group, took place on June 7 at JW Marriott Dubai Marina, marking a significant milestone in Imran Alam's culinary career. Ravi Bhambani from MasterBaker had the honor of presenting the award.
Imran Alam brings a wealth of experience to his role, having served in various culinary positions across renowned establishments. His professional journey includes roles such as Head Chef at So Tea Group, Sous Chef at Jones the Grocer in Abu Dhabi, and Chef De Partie at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Kolkata.
He has also contributed significantly to the culinary scene at Accor and So Tea Dubai, showcasing his expertise in pastry and bakery operations.
Educated at the Culinary Academy of India in Hyderabad, Imran Alam specialized in Advanced Culinary Arts, Bakery & Pastry, and Sugar Craft. His educational background and hands-on experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of culinary arts, contributing to his success as a top pastry chef.
