InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in the Levant region has teamed up for the first initiative of its kind aimed at conquering different markets and regions.
After the great success of IHG Jordan’s sales trip to Lebanon, IHG Jordan and IHG Lebanon organized a joined sales trip to Cairo, Egypt. The sales teams of InterContinental Jordan, InterContinental Aqaba, Crowne Plaza Amman, Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa, Holiday Inn Amman, Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea, Petra Guest House, along with InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut, Le Vendome InterContinental, InterContinental Mzaar, Crowne Plaza Beirut, and Staybridge Suites Beirut, traveled on a three-day sales trip to Cairo, from October 6th till October 11th, to meet with potential and prospect clients in different sectors and various fields.
The main objective from this sales trip is to promote IHG properties in Jordan and Lebanon, and to showcase the two Levant countries as ideal destinations for business, events, and leisure.
On October 7th, a cocktail reception followed by buffet dinner was hosted by the team at InterContinental Samiramis, where clients and media representatives attended and Mr. Oussama Massoud Director of Operations – Levant, General Manager - Crowne Plaza Amman delivered a speech to elaborate on the importance of partnerships between IHG Levant and Egyptian businesses. The event was attended by H.E. Mr. Al Ayyed, Jordanian Ambassador to Egypt, and H.E. Mr. Ali Al Halabi, Lebanese Ambassador to Egypt.
