Uri at check-in handled us very well and took the time to explain the hotel and its facilities. Uri also took the time to explain to us what we could do when we were in New York City. The General Manager, Peter Yeung, ensured we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
We had a small air conditioning problem, and the housekeeper and her team went all out to fix it for us.
The F&B team took care of us at breakfast, and the chef's hand-crafted meals were scrumptious.
