Hendrik has an extensive wellness and recreation management career, having worked across multiple renowned establishments. In his current role at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, he oversees the operations of the resort's spa and recreation facilities, ensuring guests enjoy unparalleled health, fitness, and relaxation services. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing guest experiences and contributing to the resort's ongoing success.
Before joining Le Royal Meridien, Hendrik held significant positions at Fancourt in South Africa as Assistant Sports & Leisure Manager. In this role, he oversaw leisure activities, managed fitness programs, and led a team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. Hendrik's focus on team motivation, revenue growth, and operational efficiency helped Fancourt maintain its reputation as a leading leisure destination.
In addition to his professional achievements, Hendrik is committed to continuous professional development.
