Currently steering human capital strategy for DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square and Al Barsha properties, Hasan has demonstrated exceptional skill in blending operational expertise with innovative HR practices to drive measurable organizational success.
Beginning his hospitality career in operations before transitioning to HR at Grand Hyatt Dubai in 2009, Hasan developed a unique perspective that informs his people strategies. His career milestones include playing pivotal roles in Conrad Dubai's pre-opening (2012), managing a seven-hotel cluster in Ras Al Khaimah (2014-2016), and leading HR strategy at Meraas Holding. Since rejoining Hilton in 2019, he has masterfully executed complex projects, including the Al Seef Cluster conversion and DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square's successful 2020 launch.
Hasan's leadership during the pandemic crisis exemplified his commitment to employee wellbeing, implementing support programs that maintained team cohesion while achieving business continuity.
