Gaurav Gaur, the Culinary Director at Kitopi, has been awarded the gold prize in the Culinary Person of the Year - Independent Outlet category at the Middle East F&B Excellence Awards organized by Hozpitality Group. The event took place on May 4 at The Address Dubai Marina, where the award was presented to him by JM Foods LLC.
The recognition is a testament to Chef Gaurav’s extensive success in developing high-performance teams and his well-versed experience in running large, high-quality Food and Beverage divisions.
With his cutting-edge sensibility and unwavering commitment to quality, Gaur has proved to be a strategic thinker with a proven record of change management. His certification in Lean 6 Sigma (Green Belt) has validated process improvements and financial savings.
