The grand ceremony, orchestrated by Hozpitality Group, unfolded on June 7 at JW Marriott Dubai Marina, marking a pivotal moment in the region's culinary landscape. Andy Cuthbert, President of the Emirates Culinary Guild, presented the award, along with the judges from ECG and Raj Bhatt.
Fay Abreo's role as the President of ECG Young Chef Club exemplifies her commitment to nurturing young talent. Known as a chef at heart and a strategist at the core, Abreo balances her creativity and innovation with a touch of idealism and a maverick spirit. Her ability to multitask and adapt flexibly has been instrumental in her success and recognition. Fay currently works as a Sous Chef at Jovee Restaurant, Souq Al Bahar, Dubai.
