Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort Organises its First Road Run in Fujairah

Dubai, UAE – Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort organises its first closed road run as part of its efforts in promoting health and wellness. Dibba Run 2019 will take place on Saturday, 30 March 2019. The route starts from the marina area of the exclusive resort and will bring participants on a visually stimulating and interesting course along the beach road to the south of the resort, to finish back at the starting point.

Dibba Run 2019 features a choice of distances suitable for everyone, from experienced runners, athletes looking to challenge themselves, or a novice looking to have fun and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Registration fee is AED 150 per person and runners can choose from between 3 km, 5 km or 10km. All runs will take place on closed roads and the course is flat with hilly sections and will go around and along the UAE side of Dibba beach.

All registered participants and up to three of their guests can avail complimentary day access to Lava Beach club which they can enjoy post-race, along with a 20% dining discount and complimentary access to Aqua Bounce, the Emirate’s only floating aqua park. Spanning over 2,600 sq. m., Lava Beach Club features a 840 sq. m. free-form pool tiled to represent flowing lava in vivid hues of orange and yellow, amidst panoramic views of the Gulf of Oman and a mountainous terrain.

For those who want to make a weekend of it, the resort is offering 20% off the best available room rate for stays in the hotel's stunning accommodations. Each room and suite is fitted with a private al fresco balcony overlooking the ocean or the marina, while the room interiors are infused with Arabesque design and furnishings.

Valid until 16 March, interested runners can also avail the early bird special of a 30% discount off the participation fee. This is exclusive to the first 100 registrations. Group and corporate bookings of 10 people or more will receive a special price of AED 100 per person.
