Dubai, United Arab Emirates 08 November 2020 The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre has welcomed Fadeel Wehbe as the new General Manager of the iconic property located in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre. With experience spanning over 30 years, Fadeel Wehbe brings a wealth of expertise in leading luxury hotels across the GCC.
A highly knowledgeable luxury hospitality veteran, Mr. Wehbe will oversee all aspects of the property, which has been a favorite among business travelers, spa enthusiasts, wedding couples and meeting visitors alike since its opening in 2011.
Fadeel's extensive and successful career in hospitality ranges from holding key management positions at corporate business hotels as well as luxury destination resorts at leading international industry giants, such as Accor, Starwood, and Millennium Copthorne Hotel Groups to name a few. Under his leadership, in his most recent role as the General Manager of Fairmont, Amman, one of the most luxurious destinations in Amman, he successfully sustained the hotels performance as Jordans leading hotel whilst reinforcing the positioning of the property as the hub for large events, conferences, and weddings.
Fadeel Wehbe brings a rich and relevant background to the General Manager position, having provided leadership and mentorship to multi-cultural teams throughout his career. And in his new role, Mr. Wehbe will channel efforts towards broadening business opportunities for the hotel and strengthening existing ties with key partners. His passion has always been to consistently elevate the luxury guest experience while also effectively and efficiently manage all aspects of hotel operations. Under his leadership the hotel will continue to provide the guests with legendary experiences and enliven The Ritz-Carlton culture, while also focusing on brand awareness and appreciation.
As a member of Marriott Business Council in the UAE, Fadeel also represents The Ritz-Carlton brand in local and regional hospitality institutes, supporting the future of the industry.
