Emanuele Mancini, the Cluster Director of Food and Beverage at Coral Beach Resort Sharjah and Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, has added another feather to his cap by winning the gold award in the F&B Director/Leader of the Year category at the 1st Middle East F&B Excellence Awards. Hozpitality Group hosted the award ceremony on May 4 at The Address Dubai Marina, where Mancini was presented with the award by the Danube Hospitality.
With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Mancini has proven himself to be a talented and well-rounded leader. He has led large teams in food and beverage operations, including culinary and stewarding departments, and has been instrumental in creating and investing in teams that are committed to achieving pre-set goals through teamwork.
Mancini's expertise lies not just in managing day-to-day operations but also in events management, openings, and the creation of new concepts. His international experience with fine dining Michelin-starred concepts and 5-star high-end hotel brands has helped him create and maintain standards, policies, and procedures that have resulted in increased efficiency and profitability.
