Ellaine Siruelo named among Hozpitality's Best 30 Most Popular HR Leaders in the Middle East for 2023
With over 20 years of experience, Ellaine Siruelo is currently the Senior HR Leader at IHG - Kuwait & Bahrain and Director of Human Resources and IHG - InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & SPA.
Ellaine Siruelo is the new addition to the landmark Ras Al Khaimah resort's executive committee, joining as Director of Human Resources. With three decades of experience, Siruelo has been with the IHG brand for the past thirteen years.
In 2009, she joined the pre-opening team at Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi as Human Resources Manager, responsible for setting up the Human Resources Department, before moving to Assistant Director of Human Resources at InterContinental Abu Dhabi.
Siruelo later moved to Bahrain as Director of Human Resources at the Crown Plaza Hotel before joining InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, where she continued her efforts in increasing colleague engagement scores and retention by spearheading the InterContinental Hotel Group human rights initiatives within the region.
