Elias Saad, currently the Executive Assistant Manager overseeing F&B operations at Bab Al Qasr Hotel in Abu Dhabi, has been honoured with the prestigious gold award for F&B Director/Leader of the Year at the 2nd Middle East F&B Excellence Awards. Joe Thomas, the Business Head at Danube Hospitality, and Raj Bhatt presented the award.
With over two decades of experience in the field, Elias has held various key positions in renowned establishments across the United Arab Emirates. His journey includes roles such as Director of Food and Beverage at Bab Al Qasr Hotel, Food and Beverage Manager & Business Development at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, and Managing Partner at Le Meridien Hotel Abu Dhabi.
Throughout his illustrious career, Elias has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation in F&B management. His strategic vision and extensive industry knowledge have played a pivotal role in driving the success of the establishments he has served.
His pursuit of continuous learning and professional development further underscores Elias's dedication to his craft. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Diploma in International Business and Strategy from Westford University College.
