His expertise in curriculum development, academic leadership, and student-centered learning has influenced generations of hospitality professionals.
Currently serving as the Executive Director at SkillMaker Training Services, Dr. Andrews specializes in soft skills, sales, marketing, management, and administration training. With over 25 years in corporate leadership roles, including Vice President and Director of HR & Training, he has mentored and developed industry leaders, ensuring they are well-equipped for the evolving demands of hospitality.
