Dishes from Celebrity Chef Gregory Gourdet’s Award-Winning Restaurant, Kann, Now Available on Goldbelly
Signature dishes from the James Beard Foundation Award-winning chef and restaurant are now available for shipping nationwide serving groups of two to eight people.
PORTLAND, OR (January 30, 2025) — Gregory Gourdet is a three-time James Beard Foundation Award-winning chef, best-selling author, and television personality. He is best known for his award-winning cuisine, bevy of TV appearances, and trendsetting role in the culinary boom of Portland, Oregon. Gourdet’s Kann opened in 2022 to national and ultimately international acclaim, is a live-fire dinner house that showcases traditional Haitian flavors alongside dishes inspired by the cuisines of the African and Caribbean diaspora. As of January 31, 2025, diners nationwide can get the Kann experience in their home via Goldbelly, joining a group of celebrated chefs and restaurants nationwide including chefs like Jose Andres and Daniel Boulud.
With packages feeding two, four, and eight individuals, Kann’s Goldbelly meal bundles include restaurant signature dishes like Salad Russe, Peanut Creamed Collard Greens, and Diri ak Sos Pwa (Haitian Rice with Beans Sauce). Meal bundles also include exclusive-to-Goldbelly dishes like Chicken in Creole Sauce, Pork Chop with Ginger-Thyme Sauce, and Haitian Chocolate and Peanut Butter Tart with Habanero Salt. Diners can opt to elevate their order with the addition of Kann’s Pikliz (spicy pickled vegetables), Epis Sausage (made by Olympia Provisions exclusively for Kann), and Kowosol (a coconut milk-based nonalcoholic beverage with soursop). All Goldbelly items, as with Kann’s full menu, are entirely gluten- and dairy-free and include detailed instructions on how to store and serve.
