Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage for Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa, Dhiraj Kumar holds a pivotal role in overseeing all food and beverage operations at the hotel. With a keen eye for detail, he manages various outlets, including Waves, Sharkeys, Tropicana, BarMuda, Al Falaj Lounge, Mozaique, Beach, and Banquet Operation.
Dhiraj Kumar's journey in the hospitality industry is a tale of passion and dedication. Armed with a Degree in International Hospitality Management from Napier University, Scotland, and a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from the Institute of Advanced Management – The Hotel School, India, he has accumulated over 15 years of rich experience.
His career commenced in 2009 as a Hotel Operational Trainee at the Leonia Holistic Destination Hyderabad. Since then, he has left his mark at renowned establishments such as Westin Hyderabad, Westin Delhi, Westin Abu Dhabi, Le Meridien Dubai, Sheraton Bahrain, Marriott Jaipur, YOLO Experiences Ghana, and Salalah Rotana Oman.
