Deepu has studied the LHW (Leading Hotels of the World) standards and LQA standards of operation pertaining to housekeeping.
As the head of the housekeeping operation, Deepu ensures constant adherence to organizational standards in hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment, fittings, and fixtures of the area under his control. He constantly monitors JD Power score and guest feedback to ensure prompt, efficient, and accurate service to all guests. Deepu also compiles quarterly inventories of supplies, linen, and uniforms for the department, plans out the duty chart and sanctions leave for team members, and plans and implements preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules for rooms and public areas.
