With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Banerjee has been leading THE Park Indore since October 2017. His leadership was instrumental in the hotel's pre-opening and successful launch, positioning it as a luxury destination and a premier food and beverage hub in Indore.
Before his tenure at THE Park Indore, Banerjee was the Director and Partner at ICB Associates, KIA Tracks Infra Engineering Pvt Ltd, and Sake Fables Hospitality LLP, where he redefined business scopes and enhanced company performance. He launched a microbrewery and restro-bar under "LAGOM," showcasing his versatility and innovative approach.
Banerjee's career also includes significant roles at The Park Hotels, where he served as Director of Food & Beverage from June 2009 to January 2014. His expertise in team building, staff training, quality assurance, customer service, and cost control significantly contributed to the hotel's success. Managing a team of 114 people, he oversaw various outlets and conceptualized the opening of Italia, an Italian restaurant in DLF Promenade.
As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and Banquet Manager at The Park Hotels, Banerjee opened new banqueting facilities and redesigned banquet sales processes, further cementing his reputation for excellence and strategic planning. Banerjee holds a degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, and Front Office from the International Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata. His proficiency in business planning, market analysis, and various computer systems complements his comprehensive hospitality management skills.
