Cynthia Portelli, Director of Food & Beverage at Park Hyatt Dubai, has been recognized as one of Hozpitality's Best 30 F&B Leaders in the Middle East for 2024. With more than a decade of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Cynthia has consistently demonstrated her leadership and expertise at leading luxury hotels across Dubai.
Currently leading the F&B operations at Park Hyatt Dubai, she oversees the hotel's luxurious dining experiences. Prior to this, Cynthia was the Assistant F&B Director at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, where she played a pivotal role in managing multiple award-winning outlets. Her journey also includes prominent positions at Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai, and the iconic Burj Al Arab, where she managed high-profile restaurants like Morimoto.
