Crystal Resto Appointed Director of Sales & Marketing at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico
Crystal Resto, an industry leader, brings 15 years of expertise to lead sales and marketing efforts at award-winning resort.
RIO GRANDE, PUERTO RICO (AUG 2024) - Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico is pleased to welcome Crystal Resto as the resort’s new Director of Sales and Marketing. She takes on the role responsible for sales strategy development, customer relationships, monitoring market trends, achieving KPI’s and meeting budgets for the 579-room resort.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Crystal began her career as a front desk clerk where she discovered her passion for the hospitality and events industry. That passion soon led to a promotion and position in the sales department, and from there she quickly found her footing as a natural leader in the space. Moving to San Antonio in 2015, she joined Aimbridge Hospitality. Holding several director positions since 2016, Crystal honed her skills in developing successful sales teams, setting standard operating procedures, reputation management, and leading marketing efforts with world-renowned brands such as Marriott International, Winston Hospitality, Spire Hospitality, and eventually back to Aimbridge through Evolution Hospitality.
“I’m ready for this next challenge and look forward to this new chapter in my career moving into a new market and working with such a prominent property,” Crystal said. “I am honored to join this talented, dedicated team and eager to maintain and elevate the resort’s presence.”
Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, Crystal served as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Gunter Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk and was a part of the opening team at AC Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk.
