Concord Hospitality Appoints New VP of HR Services

Raleigh, NC (January 04, 2024) - Concord Hospitality, the award-winning hotel development and management company boasting a portfolio of over 150 hotels across North America, is delighted to announce the recent promotion of Crystal Thrasher to the position of Vice President of HR Services. Over the course of her nine years with the company, she has made numerous meaningful enhancements to Concord’s HR discipline, implementing innovative processes to ensure compliance, training, and overall workflows are more efficient. Her work has not only reduced costs but has enhanced the associate experience. Crystal is passionate about serving others both inside and outside the organization and often volunteers with the Girl Scouts of the USA organization as well as a local animal rescue group.
