Christophe Perringerard, Director of Food & Beverage, InterContinental Hotels Group -Muscat, Oman, has been honoured as one of Hozpitality's Best 30 F&B Leaders in the Middle East for 2024. With a career spanning over two decades, Christophe Perringerard has built a reputation as a visionary leader in the hospitality industry, particularly in Food & Beverage (F&B) management.
As the Director of Food & Beverage at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in Muscat, Oman, Christophe has continuously demonstrated his ability to enhance operations and inspire teams, making him one of the most respected figures in the F&B sector in the Middle East.
Christophe's journey in hospitality began with his formal education at the Centre de Formation Professionelle de Vesoul in France, where he earned a Professional Aptitude Certificate in Hospitality Administration and Management (1988–1993). This foundation propelled him into the industry, where he quickly rose through the ranks due to his dedication and expertise.
His career trajectory took off with a role as Executive Sous Chef at InterContinental Muscat (2003–2007), where he honed his skills in culinary leadership and team management. Following this, Christophe moved to Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi, a leading hotel in the region, where he served as Executive Sous Chef from 2007 to 2010. His culinary prowess and leadership abilities soon earned him the position of Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi, where he led the kitchen and food operations for over three years (2010–2013).
In 2013, Christophe transitioned to a managerial role as Food & Beverage Manager at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi, a role he held for nearly three years. Here, he was instrumental in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency across the hotel's F&B outlets.
Christophe's expertise led him to his current role as Director of Food & Beverage at InterContinental Hotels Group in Muscat, Oman, where he has been since February 2017. In addition to overseeing F&B operations at the Muscat property, he also serves as the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage for IHG properties in Abu Dhabi, a position he has held since 2016. Under his leadership, the F&B outlets have flourished, maintaining high service standards, quality, and guest satisfaction.
