Lise Timmer - Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Raised in The Netherlands, Lise has lived and worked extensively in France. Having started her career in marketing & communications, she followed her passion for gastronomy and made the French culinary world her second home. After France, the rest of the world became her oyster.
Acclaimed for her professionalism and great personal values, Lise has, over the years, discovered, met and built up close relationships, established friendships and maintained contact with hundreds of chefs around the world. She has a broad experience in organising events and her expertise lies with her ability to match her clients’ expectations with her chefs’ aspirations.
Lise is a mother and a cook, a recipe creator, an author, a food writer, a culinary critic, a judge and a consultant.

Born in Paris, France, Bruno built his reputation for strong customer focus, reliability and flawless delivery during the course of his 25+ years of global operational experience.
Bruno's expertise covers the fields of employee development, organizational change, learning delivery and management consulting in the hospitality, oil & gas/energy and engineering industries, across the globe.
A graduate of the world renowned Swiss Lausanne Hospitality Management School, he held various Human Resources, large project management, operational, reorganization and Leadership roles for Fortune 100 and large multinationals.
Over a decade of working for Royal Dutch Shell, Bruno became a recognized subject matter expert in the field of learning delivery operations, facilities design as well as the design and delivery of large corporate events.
His expertise lies as much with the “how” as the “what” in these areas.
