In a remarkable achievement, Chander Kant, the F&B Manager at Doubletree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf, has been honored with the Gold Award in the prestigious F&B Manager of the Year category at the Middle East F&B Excellence Awards 2025.
Chander Kant’s career in the hospitality industry spans over a decade, with experience in various roles, demonstrating his deep expertise in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton, Dubai, since April 2024, Chander has played a pivotal role in elevating the dining experience at Doubletree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf.
Chander’s journey with Hilton began with a series of positions that showcased his versatility and dedication to delivering exceptional service. From his initial role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Doubletree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf, he quickly progressed to Assistant Outlet Manager, and then to his current position.
Chander’s previous experience includes over five years as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hormuz Grand Muscat, a Radisson Collection Hotel. He has also worked at prestigious properties like Radisson Blu Hotel Kaushambi, Ochre Restaurant & Bar Singapore, and Westin Hotels & Resorts, gaining expertise in managing diverse F&B operations globally. His relentless focus on improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance has earned him widespread recognition. Chander’s strategic approach to both front-line and behind-the-scenes F&B management has consistently driven success across the establishments he has served.
Chander’s educational foundation includes a Diploma in Hospitality and a BCom in E-Commerce, combined with a strong passion for the F&B sector. His career journey reflects his dedication to learning, growing, and leading teams to success, with a sharp focus on the evolving demands of the food and beverage industry.
