Dubai’s latest Pan-Asian meat atelier pays homage to the beginning of the Chinese lunar calendar with a tailored menu and festive scarlet surprises
Dubai, UAE - Matagi, the stylish, contemporary Pan-Asian dining destination located in the Emerald Palace Kempinksi on the Palm Jumeirah, invites guests to celebrate Chinese New Year with a festive three-course sharing menu created to reflect culinary traditions of the Far East, showcasing the importance of family dining and setting the tone for an auspicious year ahead.
Offered between 5th – 12th of February, the limited-edition menu will feature a variety of prosperity-begetting dishes. This richly authentic tasting experience begins with an array of starters including Salmon Yusheng, Crispy Wonton Pouch, and Mushroom Dumpling Soup, before continuing with exquisitely crafted mains including Steamed Sea Bream, Beef and Broccolini, Black Onyx Beef Tenderloin, Crispy Tofu and Udon Noodles. A selection of desserts, representing abundance and good fortune, completes this festive feast. The eclectic menu also boasts options for vegans, vegetarians and gluten free.
Drawing on its philosophy of using simple, well-sourced ingredients handcrafted by masters, Matagi sets the stage for an immersive Chinese New Year experience that will captivate diners from the very beginning.
