Take a different approach to Ramadan this year at the second global outpost of Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen and first-of-its-kind in the Middle East. Expect a lavish selection of local flavors as the restaurant serves up the same combination of show-stopping theatre and world-class cooking with an Emirati twist. Savor an eclectic menu of sharing mezzes and a la carte mains featuring signature dishes and Middle Eastern favorites including a slow-cooked lamb shank tagine or delicious crispy salmon along with a selection of flame-grilled sides such as lamb chops, koftas and shish kebabs. For dessert, opt for a decadent sticky date pudding or tuck into the Middle Eastern classic, Umm Ali or go all out with Hell’s Kitchen peanut butter fudge cheesecake drizzled with salted caramel and topped with whipped cream.

Ramadan at Bacchanal
Bacchanal buffet restaurant, the sister restaurant to the stateside original, named the best buffet restaurant in Las Vegas twice by USA Today is serving up a Ramadan feast designed for the entire family to enjoy. Delivering a delectable buffet with a dedicated children’s corner, Bacchanal will be offering both Suhoor and Iftar menus through out the month of Ramadan. Expect grand open kitchens serving up a Middle Eastern style royal feast. Family and friend can gather up to indulge in a wealth of decadent classics such as lamb ouzi, and bespoke mezzes including velvety hummus, sambousek, fatayar and tangy tabbouleh with Arabic bread. To end on a sweet note, a selection of Arabic sweets along with handmade Emirati luqaimat will be offered. The pièce de résistance will be the Turkish delight tower made up of sugared up richnuts such as pistachios, hazelnuts and almonds.
Round off the perfect evening with an alfresco Suhour along with an extensive shisha menu in Bacchanal’s intimate Ramadan conservatory, while the little ones enjoy hours of play at Empire Kids Club and Roam Teens Club.

The Suhoor menu at Bacchanal will be available everyday during the month of Ramadan from 9:30pm – 1:00am
The Iftar menu at Bacchanal will be available everyday during the month of Ramadan from Sunset – 8:30pm
