Balasubramaniam. Balasubramaniam’s career in hospitality spans over a decade, with his journey marked by continuous growth and a strong commitment to excellence. He began his career at Marriott International, where he served as Front Office Manager for nearly five years, gaining extensive experience in operations, staffing, guest relations, and handling VVIP movements. His leadership in this role set the foundation for his future success.
In 2019, he took on the role of Director of Operations at Amika Hotels Madurai, where he led operations and worked to enhance the guest experience. His strategic leadership and effective management led to improved operational efficiency and higher guest satisfaction.
In January 2021, Balasubramaniam moved to Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram as Front Office Manager, and within two years, he was promoted to Room Division Manager. During this time, he demonstrated strong skills in yield management, rooms division management, and staff training, further solidifying his reputation as a rising star in the hospitality field.
Currently, Balasubramaniam serves as the Operations Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli, where he has been making significant strides in improving operational processes and driving customer service excellence. His passion for human resources management, backed by his MBA from the University of Madras, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of leadership and team dynamics, helping him excel in his role.
